RECIPE: KASTENGEL

200gr Butter
Self raising flour
4 egg yolks
150gr Apple cheese (Edam)
1 block Cheddar cheese

Grate the edam cheese then blend together with the butter and 2 egg yolks for 4 minutes. Pour in the self raising flour and mix together with your hand. Once all mixed, add in half of the grated cheddar cheese so it taste crispier once you baked it. Gently mixed all together with your hand and shape it according to your needs. As usual give some space when you put it in the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, take out the pan and spread all tops with the beaten egg yolks to make it shiny once done and add the rest of the grate cheddar cheese on top of it. Bake for another 10 minutes.
